Be sure to read all store policies before purchasing with us!

Custom Commissions:

  • All clients looking to get a custom garment made MUST contact us 3-4 weeks from the date of your event to give enough time for production.

  • CUSTOM PAYMENTS: All customs start at $250! This price will then fluctuate depending on design, production time, and material costs. Once  given your total balance, that number will be divided into 2. The first half will act as the deposit that is required to be paid exactly 7 days from your consultation. This payment is used to begin working on your order! If payments are late, there will be a late fee of $10 will be added to your remaining balance.

Prom Orders:

  • Please visit our Prom page for more information on the custom prom process!

  • The payment process for prom is as follows: all clients are required to pay a $250 deposit at your consultation. This deposit does substract from your total bill amount. The remainder of your balance will then be split into 3 payments which are to be paid by your final fitting date (the payment due dates will be discussed at your consultation). The balance must be completely paid in order for the garment to be released to you.
  • All deposits are NONREFUNDABLE! If you choose to cancel your custom order after your deposit is made, there will be no refund given as these payments are used to purchase fabrics and materials that cannot be returned!

Clothing Care:

  • Custom prom gowns are to be handled with the upmost care as they have been cut and sewn by hand! Please be careful and conscious of how you move and wear your gowns!

  • All pieces are handmade! Hand wash and hang dry and/or laying out drying is the best and safest option for all garments purchased!

Return Policy:

  • There will also be NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS of any products as they are custom made by hand for each client.
  • Again, all deposits are nonrefundable! If you choose to cancel your custom order after your deposit is made, there will be no refund given as these payments are used to purchase fabrics and materials that cannot be returned!

Shipping:

  • Every piece that is sold is handmade by me. Some of the pieces sold are 1/1 pieces premade by me as well. Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping.

  • Shipping costs for national orders are included in the total.
